DacEasy Payroll

DacEasy Payroll is an inexpensive easy-to-use payroll system that rivals many higher priced payroll systems. DacEasy Payroll takes the time consuming task of processing a payroll and turns it into a simple automated process. This includes applying employee earnings and deductions, calculating the correct taxes (federal, state and local) and printing checks (or transferring the amount via direct deposit). Plus, you can easily report your payroll information to the government as required. You can use DacEasy Payroll as a stand alone module or interface with DacEasy Accounting to automatically update your financial statements with your payroll.
 

Ease-of-Use
Use the Setup Workflow Guide and you'll be up and running in no time. DacEasy supplies standard codes such as Hourly, Salary, Vacation, Sick, etc.; however, you can modify these codes or add new codes such as 401K or Insurance. In addition, you can set up multiple departments to break down the payroll expense within your company. You can track extensive information for your employees, including up to 12 user-defined fields, up to 30 user-defined earnings and deductions and 12 user-defined liabilities. If setting up an existing employee, you can manually update the employee's accumulations.
You can also use the Workflow Guides to walk you through calculating a payroll or performing month end, quarter end or year end procedures. After calculating your first payroll, you'll wonder how you ever managed to do payroll manually or why you spent so much money outsourcing when the process is so easy.
 

Effortless Government Reporting
DacEasy makes the dreaded task of government reporting (federal, state and local) and makes it quick and simple. New Features Tour
Use the link to the New Features Tour on the Resources Page of the Business Center to familiarize yourself with the many powerful new features in DacEasy 2010! Each new feature is presented in an easy-to-follow format. Once you are familiar with the feature, you can click the 'Take Me There' button to go directly to that feature.

Date Selector Button
The new Date Selector button allows you to enter a date using the keyboard, or view a pop-up calendar to locate and select a date. This button appears next to any accessible date field -- just click the button and a calendar appears with the current date selected. You can use it to easily identify last Thursday or six weeks from today.

Customizable Toolbars
Create and maintain as many custom toolbars as needed to fit your daily, weekly, or periodic needs. Each toolbar can be hidden or shown as needed. The contents of each custom toolbar are fully customizable, including the button, image, label, ToolTip, and hot key.

Improved Backup and Restore Engine
Enhancements include improved messages and warnings and the ability to backup to subfolders on remote drives!

Backup and Restore Business Center Profile
Secure your data by making a backup of your Business Center Profile information, which includes the profile paths, passports, Business Alerts, Crystal Reports, and special user settings for the Business Center.

Rollback During Restore Routine
This new feature allows you to protect your data integrity should you experience a failure, or cancel the operation while restoring a backup in the Business Center. If you experience a failure, you can return your data to its original state before you started the Restore routine.

Scheduled Tasks
A new Schedule Task Wizard allows you to schedule backups and Business Alerts with the operating system through DacEasy. The operating system maintains the schedule and prompts DacEasy to perform the backup and generate the Business Alert.
